Staff extremely nice and helpful. I had the Birria tacos and dined in. The tacos were great and full of flavor. Be sure to order corn shell since flour often falls apart in the sauce fyi. Would def recommend going again

Everyone here is so kind like very very kind. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our food. And they definitely have the best birria tacos I’ve ever had in the Carrollton/ Dallas area!!! Very flavorful!!!

Friendly positive attitudes, fast service informative, reasonable prices, large portions good value. Taste and quality of food is very good! Pazole is Excellent! Clean environment kitchen looks very clean and all staff is working hard and giving great service! Highly recommend this place. I'll be back for sure!

The team at Nuevo Leon is amazing! They were so nice and welcoming. Everything was done with a smile. When the orders were ready the kind young lady brought the food directly to everyone(usually places like this just yell out the customer name to pick up the order). I dined in and she even came around to check if the food was good and if there was anything I needed🤩. And indeed the food was amazing! The birria tacos were sooooo good. Even though I was full I was craving more!

Truck driver here! I was parked down the street waiting for a load and checked out Google maps to see what was around. Walked down the street and came across this place. They had me at Tamale! I walked in and ordered half a dozen pork tamales. Took them back to my co driver, and I'll tell you all, these are the best tamales I've had in Texas, period. Don't get down here often as I live in south east texas but if I ever did again I'll be back.

Walk in and order at register then seat yourself. They brought a small cup of ranchero beans. Very cozy and small. Incredible staff. Very friendly and patient and helpful. The food was perfectly portioned. The birria plate came with 4 tacos. The fountain drink/agua frescas and large to-go (no refills/cups). Food was brought to table. Red and green salsa was brought. You clean your own table. The food was so good.

The best hole in the wall taqueria I've ever had (which is more than I should admit to). The tacos were amazing, the churro was the best I've ever had, the beans were spot on, even the rice was amazing. Service was excellent. The only complaint was how full we were when we left.
